EIES and DENEFF are co-hosting a parliamentary breakfast to explore the role of energy efficiency in strengthening energy security. Based on a new policy paper and held under the patronage of Carsten Müller, Member of the German Bundestag, the discussion will bring together representatives from the Bundestag, the Federal Ministry of Defence, academia, and industry to examine how energy efficiency can enhance security and resilience in Germany and across Europe.

EIES and NATO will co-host a roundtable on allocating and implementing the 2025 Hague Summit commitment to increase Allied defence-related spending by an additional 1.5% of GDP, with a focus on critical energy infrastructure protection. This event will convene NATO, the EU, energy producers and transport operators, and leaders and experts from the insurance and finance sectors for a discussion.
