6 November 2026, 14:00 CET - online webinar
EIES hosts a webinar on what the US midterm results mean for transatlantic energy policy. The outcome in the House and Senate has implications for a range of live energy issues, from allied cooperation on critical raw materials, LNG exports, tariffs and European infrastructure investments in the US, to the Strait of Hormuz, Ukraine and Russia, and China.
Speakers include Skip Estes, Director of Government Affairs at SAFE, the Washington-based sister organisation to EIES, and Peter Flory, EIES Senior Fellow and former Assistant Secretary General of NATO, who has worked across the US Senate, House of Representatives and the Executive Branch.
