Philip Armstrong
Philip Armstrong is the Communications Director at EIES, leading the organisation's strategic communications and external positioning across Europe.
Philip has almost two decades of experience in communications and policy advocacy at the intersection of energy security, strategic technology and geopolitics. He has worked with governments, international organisations, corporate leaders and innovators to translate complex ideas into clear and credible messages for policymakers, investors, businesses and the public. Over his career he has led campaigns on electrification, energy infrastructure, industrial transformation, technology innovation and investment.
Philip holds a BA in International Relations from the University of Sussex, where he focused on international security and political economy.
