Camilla Salthe
Camilla Salthe has served as Executive Vice President for Safety, Security & Sustainability (SSU) since 1 January 2026. She brings more than two decades of experience from Equinor, having joined the company in 2003 and held several key leadership roles across the organisation.
Prior to her current position, Camilla was Senior Vice President for UK & Ireland in Exploration & Production International, a role she assumed in September 2024. During this period, she delivered one of her most notable achievements: the establishment of Adura on 1 December 2025, the new company jointly owned by Shell and Equinor. She led this work while ensuring the continued safe and efficient operation of the Mariner field.
Before this, Camilla served as Senior Vice President for Field Life Extension, where she oversaw efforts to develop new ways of working to extend the lifetime of assets on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. From 2003 to 2020, she held a series of positions in business development and petroleum technology, providing a strong technical and commercial foundation for her leadership career.
Camilla holds a Master of Science in Petroleum Technology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). She is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Norway.
