This event will bring together leading stakeholders from the European critical raw material value chains and policymakers to discuss the way forward for implementing existing measures and initiatives and to expand strategic actions.

The lunch will be held under Chatham House rules and will explore how existing EU tools, platforms, and de-risking instruments — including blended finance, public guarantees, offtake facilitation, and equity mechanisms — can be best coordinated across public institutions and private investors to accelerate final investment decisions in critical raw materials processing and recycling at scale.
