The lunch will be held under Chatham House rules and will explore how existing EU tools, platforms, and de-risking instruments — including blended finance, public guarantees, offtake facilitation, and equity mechanisms — can be best coordinated across public institutions and private investors to accelerate final investment decisions in critical raw materials processing and recycling at scale.
