Peter Flory
As a senior NATO and Pentagon official, Peter Flory worked with European leaders on a range of security issues and he maintains extensive contacts in Brussels and European capitals. Before joining EIES, he advised the Defense Department, U.S. Navy, and private industry on topics ranging from industrial policy and semiconductors to management and China strategy. He also served as Special Counsel to the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, and worked in industry as Vice President, International for QinetiQ North America. Peter speaks German and French and holds a J.D. from Georgetown and an Honors B.A. from McGill University.
