EIES, together with DGAP and E3G, hosted an event on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference. The North and Baltic Seas host one of the world’s largest clusters of offshore infrastructure. With rapidly expanding offshore wind capacity and ambitious expansion targets across all littoral states, these regions are becoming critical to European energy security, sovereignty, and economic resilience.
