Nebahat Albayrak is a senior executive and former politician with extensive experience in corporate leadership, public affairs, and government. She served as SVP of Corporate Affairs, Safety, and Sustainability at Fortum Corporation (2021–2023) and held senior communications and external relations roles at Royal Dutch Shell (2012–2021).

Previously, she was a Member of Parliament (PvdA) in the Netherlands (1998–2012), chairing the Foreign Affairs Committee and serving as State Secretary for Justice (2007–2010).

Her career began in public policy at the Dutch Ministry of Home Affairs. Albayrak’s expertise spans energy, sustainability, international relations, and justice.
